How much drop can i get???

Whats up guys? My friend's brother is getting a newer silverado and is going to put 24's with 305/35/24, and we just want to know whats the lowest amount of drop he can get? He wants to be ridin right above the tires. Thanks guys.

Thanks man, i saw that. I should have specified, not a 07 i meant newer as in 02-04 area. But thanks man.
