LED TAIL LIGHT HELP

Bought some 3 way led semi lights...

Different wires on led: White, black, & red.

I have lights wired up correctly. What i need to know is...the light green wire which is for reverse lights if i'm not mistaken has no where to go. Do i need to splice this into something? My blinkers are working fine, i have no running tail lights or lights when brake is applied. When i ground this light green wire, running lights come on, but when brake is applied, sparks, and lights go out.

The person who had the truck before me jerry-rigged the wiring to hook up trailer brakes. Not sure if this could have anything to do with my problem...but stock tails worked fine.
