I got mine from stockinteriors.com, I dont know if they have what you need but it shipped real quick.

Just incase anyone else ends up looking for carpet for there ext. cab mazda I ended up ordering through stockinteriors.com and got some silver molded carpet and color matched floor mats for $180.00 shipped. I had to do plenty of trimming but im sure that is normal for most molded carpets. It turned out great and looks really nice plus the carpet was really good quality!
