Can the studs/lugs be reversed (punched out, then back in on other side) on the adapters to install on outside of rear wheels?

Only problem with that is that you cannot put lug covers on the studs.
We build a multi piece adapter that allows you to mount the plate on the outside of the wheel and still have the lugnuts on the outside as well.

So can u go that way and save any inches?

I have done it with mine.
But i have a larger boltcircle , because i have european wheels.
I don't know if the bolts are gonna hit the brakedrum if you have a smaller boltcircle.
I save 6 cm

Our new adapters we have will not work with drum brakes due to clearance issues with the wheel and drum.

What new adapters.. More info?

Mulit piece adapters. I'll try and get some pictures on them with installation. Right now they are just for newer Chevy and Fords with disk brakes.

So if lets say we swap a nnbs rear end in. Can we get away with Mulit piece adapters and keep stock rear dually fenders?

Most likely not because the 2001-up rear ends are a lot wider than your body styles track width.
