That article is getting around, and it was pointed out to me that the argon has nothing to do with it like the author states, which makes sense, argon being inert. Just the heat and the chemical is enough to create the phosgene gas.
Some people really bagged on that guy for being stupid, but fact is, we've all done stupid stuff. I'll give him props for being man enough to admit he was stupid, almost bought the farm over it, but lived to tell the story to hopefully keep someone else out of trouble.
