You're just gonna have to give it a shot, "easiest" thing to do is like I said jump on with a company that has a training program. Probably the quickest way to put your hand on a wheel, ride team for a while with the trainer because they're going to get you used to the ins and outs of the day to day operations. Especially how to work the log book..
Yes with the big company you're just a number, no doubt, and it'll be tough but that's the dues paying time and it's how you get on quick and start getting your experience. Once you have some miles on you then you can start looking for a better gig.

I didn't know about the "Good Buddy" thing 'till a few days ago. I was dicking around with our driver here at work and called him "Good Buddy" over the radio. Luckily he's a cool older guy with an awesome personality, so he filled me in on that little forbidden piece of lingo.

LOL Tooo funny guys!!!! Thanks Yeah I just had heard about contracts with the companies and didn't want to get stuck into something that i could of avoided.
