i installed my 38dgas, the the truck will start then die, wont idle, has the pressure regulator set at 3, i tried adjusting idle and jets every way. what could it be?

i've been havin the same problem. what kind of choke do you have?

electric i think it was water though

i think im gonna sell the whole carb plus the throttle cable, new mounting brackets, chrome cleaner i dont know maybe 225$

set the pressure higher if its a cheapo regulater

I just need to know how to adjust my idle down......right now i'm idling at around 1750 to 2000
