sway bar questions

I like an idiot removed my swaybar when i was bagging my truck. Now i have some serious leaning issues while driving. I'm lookin to put another swaybar on the truck.Any opinions on what i should use or do? How did everyone else do thiers?

not many import minis can keep the sway bar i dont think. I have never been able to run one on my tacoma...there just isnt enough room. are you running shocks in the front?

I'm running no sway bar and shocks up front, and haven't had any issues. Are you running 2 valves per bag up front?

No i just have a 4 valve setup...2 front 2 rear....would you recomend just upping to 4 valves or adding a swaybar?

yeah dude, thats your problem. the air is like see-sawing between you bags...giving you alot of body roll. get two valves for each bag.

i ran no shocks and no sway bar for a year. put on shocks and sway bar last year best thing i ever did rides like a dream

I would highly recommend keeping your sway bar. If you put it back on and put independent valves at each corner it will make a HUGE difference. I kept mine, Rudy (maddawg) kept his too on his hot rod Mazda. So anyone that tells you that you can't do it is blowing smoke.

actually (wayne) my swaybar is not stock,
it's an 1 1/4" that was fabbed from nascar style parts.
it's mounted to the upper control arm.
and the parts on the uppers (ball joints) were beefed up to hanldle the extra force.

i do also have each bag isolated (8 valves)
and a 1" rear sway bar. it all works really great together.
I hope some day you can take a better ride in it wayne.

ferret ,shock and isolating your bags will make a HUGE differance compared to what you have now.if your just cruisin" low and slow than you should be alright with the sway bar. but if you can make it work ...by all means do so.

Neither is mine, not with a narrowed front clip, but it still has a sway bar...
