i'd still try and swing for a new rear end like the other guys suggested. shortened already with discs would make it way easier for any future suspension mods you might want to make to the rear

So if I replace the rear axle I should get one from like a Crown Vic cop car? Does it matter what year?

i got mine from an impala ss and tucks 24s so any caprice cop car would work
