has any one put a northstar v-8 in a 88-98 fullsize chevy? If so was there any crazy problems

Don't do it, that has to be one of the worst chevy engines made.

^^^^the newer ones are front wheel drive setups

hmm most of the hot rodders use to use the northstars but the cooling system is ass backwards than a normal v8 so thats one of the main problems ive heard about them

the main problem i have heard of is that the rear main seal goes bad but if you put a newer style one in it is all good. but i was just currious as far as mounting problem or moving things if there was a lot or no?
