Tahoe/Suburban/Van/etc. tanks = that's what a siphon hose and a few gas cans are for.

So true. I thought about making a door for the sending unit to fit through in the floor so I wouldn't have to drop the tank ever again. I sold the truck before I got around to doing that though.

how do you know your fuel pump is out?
if you a pour a little gas in the intake, will it fire?
my 90 just lost its pickup coil in the distribuor and caused no fuel, no spark condition.
