No. 1995 is the last year for OBD-I and old style ECM computer behind the glovebox, 1997 is OBD-II, new style computer, mounted under the hood. Maybe the diesels were different but I doubt it...that's how the gassers are.
1995 is a weird year and has a bunch of one-year-only design elements. Although it's still OBD-I like the previous trucks, it's got the electrical convenience center on the driver's side like a 1996-up.
