new to isuzus need some help

I have a 94' Isuzu pick up that is bagged with a stock front end. The truck is Still an 1" of the ground aired out. I bought AIM drop spindles and new/replacement ball joints. I haven't installed them yet, Will This put it on the ground? What's up with flipping the upper ball joint? Is that beneficial?

Mine is a 92 space cab. I z'd the front 2" and flipped my uppers. It lays on twentys without drop spindels. I had to notch the lowers and replate them. Flipping the uppers just helps with balljoints binding.
