carbed v-belt drive system to serpentine?

I just got an 87 suburban with a carbed 350. It has the old v-belt drive system (one belt goes around alt and fan, another belt goes around power steering pump, edc, crank, and fan, etc), and i was wondering if there would be any problems converting it to a serpentine (one belt) pulley system. Do i just need to swap the pulleys to serpentine pulleys and get a belt the right size? Can i even do that with a carbed setup? I've only seen this on fuel injected motors, but i think it will make things a lot easier if it can be done fairly cheaply. Please let me know.

you can use a setup from a astro van. that is what i did when i put a v8 in my minivan.
