im getting ready to air a 96 fullsize chevy, he has dropped lower arms on it now can i use those still and run factory spindles? or ditch the lower arms and get 2 inch drop spindles?

why not?

hes not using stock spindles now?

Ditch the arms and run a dropped spindle. Quite often the arms change the geometry and you will end up with some tough to cure alignment issues.
