just cut the top off your frame and set in your new frame section. You can pie cut the new frame section to get the curve it needs to fit in.

thats how a majority of them r done.. i do that for my stockfloors if they dont want a whole new frame. a lot less time consuming.

i did a full custom frame on my tacoma but it's alot of freaking work. on my new project i'm doing the cut the top off and weld in a new frame style.

Aren't the stock yota frames approx 2" wide?

...and re-enforced throughout?

So how would you drop a 2x3 box tube inside the stock boxed frame?

...i only have experience with un-boxed frames, and in that case it's cake for sure

Hit up Ahab on here. We just did his. He has a lot of pictures of his Toyota and know's exactly what it takes. I'd expalin, but he does it much better.
