I know how everyone feels about them, but there the only ones that sells a lowered shackle for my doge 3/4 ton. It should be ok right??

i dont really think that their parts are inferior i think mostly they suck at getting the right parts to the customer in a reasonable amount of time, thats what i would be worried about

Yeah and their shipping is a joke, I am trying to find a small 3/8" check valve, they have one for $10.50 but it is $16.00 to ship it. Fuck that

never had problems with thier parts themselves......but the shipping and customer service blows nuts

Ive used their air cylinders for years on my eclipse & they have always worked great & the
shipping time was pretty quick.

it's hit and miss, i've ordered maybe 5 times, and 3 times was bad, 2 was good

parts were ok, with a shackle you can't go too wrong as long as everything lines up. Just be ready to pay $50 to ship them

if you get the wrong part its even more of a nightmare to have them correct it. They even make you feel like its yer fault. But their products, to me, have always been good.

Something like shackles should be cool, their shipping kinda sucks. Everything else is o.k, except the bags, their bags are horrible.

damn i don't know why i put myself through this...i just ordered a set of spindles for my s-10 and it's not the first time i've gone rounds with these people...tracking says it's gonna take 7 days to ship?!...wtf?...i can walk it here faster!...and the shipping charges are out-f'n-rageous!

damn keele I drove by AIM 2 days ago i coulda picked it up and shipped it to you for like 3 bucks hahaha.
