Funny you say that, 'cause when he and my Mom pull into an RV park, all the full-timers with thier brand new PSD's, Duramax's and Cummins' all stop to check out his rig.

He gets a kick out of that.

I did this for him after we dropped mine...but he ain't really goin for it. He thinks it's cool, but not for his tow rig.

He used to have a two tone blue '87 single cab that was really clean back when I was in high school. Looked exactly like this one, but stock (and it had good paint):

My Dad claims to be a Ford Man...but if that's true, why does he keep buying Chevy's?

My 88 burb, gone now, should have never gotten rid of it. Had it torn down to swap bodies. Had the frame z'd. Then found my dually so I kept the parts from it I needed for it and sold some and junked the rest.

Campy Sr has good taste. That white dually is sqeaky clean. I really want a regular cab sq body next with bags and body drop. keep me posted if you find one.

And I am about to pick up my old Dually again in a couple of weeks. The guy I traded never did anything with it and I was able to get a great deal on it. As soon as I get room in the garage, I will start a build on it.

Back burner? Jeez...

I want to take the 98 C3500...and remove the wrecker unit (it has a HyTech Sneeker lift under the bed) and the practically new Goodyear 19.5's...

Then take the 96 C3500...and pull the cab, Vortec 7.4, and NV4500...

And install it all on this bad mofo, '94 C3500HD, then fab up a quickie short flatbed just to cover up the wrecker unit.

Would make a hell of a yard dog wrecker, wouldn't it? I'd move the cab from the '96 just to make the update to the new style interior/wiring for the Vortec pcm/etc. setup go quicker (the '94 was a 6.5 TD), hell I have a chain hoist so why not.
