Its pretty bad when minitruckers have to be locked up and have a curfew(sp) so you can throw a show, sounds like fun to me . Why don't people grow the F up! I prefer not to go to a show were I am treated like i'm on an eight grade outting. But I am to far away and would never go to that show so what do I matter anyway.

there was a curfew because the show is on private property, they rent out the Oregon state fair grounds..it's not like it's a small event. And once the gates are locked, pretty much anything goes...it's alot better than having it end up like some other shows....where drunken minitruckers converge on a town, destroy hotel rooms, vandalize private property, get arrested....and eventually get their asses booted out of the town. Having a self contained drunken, dragging boob fest on a huge fair grounds is pretty bad ass...

Hit the nail on the head with that one, i was there, saw one "almost" fight, and that was it. Rules are rules, and the rules setfort by the fairgrounds were very strict, i have a huge amount of respect for the work it took just to bring this show back for you guys. It was by far the best show i've been too in many many years. Thank you very much Eric, will and the magical crew for throwing an awesome show. See you next year

Yeah I know it's been said before but I wanna speak my piece. The show was barely able to be put on in the first place, they were being threatend right up to the day of the show, and also during the damn show. I'm sure someone will agree with me when I say, that I have been to DZ every year it's been put on, and I have never seen that many "fairgrounds" staff members present AT ALL TIMES TOO!! There may have been more Fairgrounds staff than Magical staff?? There is always two sides to everything but it couldn't have been cheap to have all that "extra security" , thats just one of the many things Magical had to put up with just so "WE" could be there and have fun. I'm sorry about those of you that couldn't make it in time due to unforeseen circumstances, but they let one in they got to let 'em all right???? Eric (Magical Prez.) Was working HARD to find a alternate location. Searching EVERYWHERE to find someone to let everything that goes on at DZ happen. It's easier said than done. There is a reason Drop Zone is one of the best shows on the west coast, because of the night life, and the quality of the show, and Eric did everything he and the Magical crew could do to make it happen for us. **THANKS GUYS**
I'd just like to say to those that had problems you have to look at it as the same as when you have a problem with a stores return policy or something like that, we get pissed at the person it front of us and want to yell and scream at them but does it do any good? They are just doing exactly like they are supposed to. Same for Magical! Hey I'm guilty as hell too of getting pissed at the cashier but in the end it did nothing for me. Sorry for the rant I just appreciate the shit the guys had to go through to allow us to have a killer time. **THANKS again guys, cause I know I wouldn't want to put up with it. (PS sorry for the spelling still tired as fuck from a long weekend @ DZ

DIDDODude, a buddy of mine drove from Tacoma on saturday got to the gate at like 1015 and they said no adn he aint Bitching about it.
well all i have to say is my club had a blast and as far as saying they had a powwer trip try puting on a show your self maybeee you will know what kind of presher they have to put on a show Drop Zone is one of the best shows on the west coast and ill be back next year if they are abble to put a show maybee you should have had one of you crew go and talk to someone and explain what was going on before you got there just some food for thoght you cant blaim all your probelms on Magical

Doug knows whats up..im definatly on the same page as him on this...all i can say if your complaining about the show dont come back next year...there was some likes and dislike i had to but...ALL IN ALL EASLIY THE SICKEST WEEKEND THIS YEAR.

ive had the same thing happen at a show here in ky, drove all that way and wouldnt let me or my buddy in, said we needed 3 major mods and i told him he needs to get glasses and step back and look alittle harder at the rides we were in, but fuckem ill never be back and you and your club should do the same till staff changes
