yea its coming from the tranny.. i think its coming from the rear seal on the trans..

If it's just the rear seal that's crazy easy to replace yourself.
If you want it checked out by a pro shop though, there's one right over in your area that you should get to know anyway.
It's called Premier Transmission on Alma street, like a block east of the intersection of 249 and 2920. Guy's name is Joe owns the shop and he's pretty much the only honest transmission guy I've ever met, he's been building trans for me since I was 17, and I'm not gonna tell y'all how long ago that was. But it's more than half a lifetime ago.
