gun sales

saturday I went by a gun shop thats out of the way for most people to just stop in. it one of the biggest around here if not in the state. anyways as I'm coming up on it I notice theres cars and trucks parked along side the road, witch is unusal because they have a large parking lot. I'm thinking wow their busy.
then in sundays paper on the front page the head line reads "a boom in gun sales" the article says theres a 300 percent increase in gun sales sents sept.
the NRA says our hand gun rights are going to change with the democrats in office.
so I'm inerressed in every ones opinone of whats going to happen with our gunrights.

ME? I'm seeing it as another one of our rights that the goverment is taking away from us as they chip away at our constitutional rights

yea i believe Obama will take away some our gun rights for sure. Stopping law abiden citizens from owning guns doesnt do anything to reduce crime because a hugh majority of gun crimes are commited by thugs who dont care bout the damn laws... good think i live here in good ole texas no way in hell we will ever give up our guns. i know tons of people who have their concealed handgun license and carry everyday. Im actually fixin to get mine as well and the wife is getting hers too.

Idiots with guns usually only hurt themselves but criminals with guns hurt other people. Idiots get them legally criminals do not. Can't figure out why they think taking away gun rights for law abiding citizens will help anything. It needs to be enforcement of current gun laws and stiffer penalties for crimes not taking away the rights of law abiding citizens.

People wanted change, looks like they might get it(communism).

I like texas stand on crime, here in cali we have revolving prison doors...
car jackers and thugs would think twice on who's packing and who's not.
we had three dumb robbers a couple of years ago try and hold up a gun store near by..... when the owners wife was alone.....they didn't realize all the trophys in the shop belonged to her.....she packed two guns on her hips "exposed".......shot them all ......they didnt stand a chance...idiots..
i dont think they got one round off.....

i keep the gun locked up at the house so the wifey cant shot me with it.

im going to the gun show next weekend, gotta stock up before obama can change the law lol
