Question for the group. I have been putting together parts for awhile now for my dually a 99 crew cab. I sold the truck to a relative because he badly needed it and was willing to give me more then I paid for it 3 years ago. My question is, if I have all the parts still and still want to build a dually should I take advantage of the fact that I can pick up a crew cab fleet side chevy that is in unbeliveable great shape and really cheap. And make that into a dually? I already have a C&C rear that I was gonna use for the other one and I found a guy close by who has rear fenders in perfect shape. And since I was thinking about running 24s bagged and bodydropped. I would already have the 3/4 front end that is on this new truck. So would doing this be a good idea or sacralige cause it's technicaly not a dually to start with. Thanks guys

its OK this time I'll let you make it into a dually
it Has it,s advantage
no one nows it didn't start life as a dually
your building on the cheep
and if your state adds tonage tax to your tabs price like the great state of washington does you don't have to pay as much
