Escalade...?

Ok my buddy just totalled his 05 full size and he is now buying it back and would like to put an lade clip on it. Does anyone know where i can order everything i need besides the dealer. and do you still have to graff the bottom part of the old fenders to the new fenders? i thought i rememebered an article about that in truckin one time. anywayz any help is appreciated
