Explain something to me

looks like it should get 1 to one ratio from the pic i maybe wrong, but thats how it looks. i know when i had my canti setup that it didnt affect it all all on how the lift was.

I agree with MO. From the pic, it looks like it would act just like a bag over axle. It would be limited to the travel available in the bag.

are there any advantages to this setup or is it just for looks or to be different

there can be advatages to it. depend on your pivot point on the rocker arm.

i dont have any pics of my truck that had it, but i got 1 to 2 ratio and got hella lift i ran the slam 2500 bags on mine that was 3 years ago when i was 18. all it helps is if you run into not getting alot of lift. you can run at a better ratio 1 to 2 or 1 to 3 ratio, and you can get insane lift with it. the only problem with my set up is the stress it was putting on the bag it started to pull the rubber away from the metal plate. thats why its important to use more plyable bag like the firestones, or contitech.
