No wait a minute...that's not funny to me for some reason.

Wanna hear the kicker...i am pretty sure i found my truck in western Michigan. It has been painted red. I called the police when i found it and neither police department will go investigate it.

I was sitting in a truck stop having dinner and it pulled into the parking lot. The guy driving it came in and sat at the next booth over from me.

I started chatting with him about it. I told him i had one like that years ago and "never should have got rid of it"

I asked him if he wanted to sell it and he started telling me about how he bought it from a guy who went out west and bought it and brought it back.

EVERYTHING about the situation matched time wise with the time when mine was stolen.

I called the local police and they refused to come out and investigate it and i called the police department in the town where it was stolen and they wouldn't do anything either.

I may have to go back out there and get it myself the hard way.

Yea, one of our company drivers called me on the phone a few days later and asked why he couldn't get me on the CB when he saw me going west on I-96 in western Michigan.

He knows i ALWAYS have the CB on when i'm driving and he was sure it was my truck cause it had that goofy old school TV antenna on top of the cap.

May have to track it down and "steal" it back and see who reports it stolen.
