If devious is out of your price range you can do what I did. I cut my crossmebers lose on the drivers side and then reweld them about 2 inches higher. It gives you just enough clearance. Someone on here told me about doing that and also had pics but I can't remember who it was.
You cant raise it 2 inches because the front of the gas tank will hit on the cab.I had raised the front crossmember 1 inch and a 1/2 and it was hittin the cab so I had to bring it down,so it was only raised an inch.The back crossmember was welded flush to the highest part of the frame.

I bent the floor up a little bit to give me the clearance. It was very minor and you can't tell it from inside the cab. I love working in a bodyshop.

it also may have only been an inch and a half which is why I said about 2 inches. I guess I should have been more specific because I don't want to cause someone more work.
