I know I've seen it before but who makes the gas tank for these trucks that go in the stock location but are slimmer so it won't lay on the ground??? Thanks

If devious is out of your price range you can do what I did. I cut my crossmebers lose on the drivers side and then reweld them about 2 inches higher. It gives you just enough clearance. Someone on here told me about doing that and also had pics but I can't remember who it was.

I found the old thread, I am going to make a post in it to put it back on the main page so you can find it.

from the pics I've seen of the devious tank, a raised stock tank gives just as much clearance. Might just want to raise your tank and save yourself about $400.

Is it around 400.00 for those tanks? Do they use your stock sending unit?

Well once someone told me how to raise the crossmembers I just picked up a used tank for 50.00. I also welded on some drag blocks when I put the new tank in which gave me some more clearance and keeps my tank off the ground. The devious tank will still be a winter project unless I end up doing a SFBD and then I will just go to a fuel cell.
