static dropping a dakota

1) whats the most drop you can get static on a 97 dakota, with c-notching, without running into problems(as in, without slamming against the frame every 2 seconds or binding or so on)? I wanna go 5/7 but can't find any kits, so I'm wondering if there's a reason for that.

2) anyone got pics of static dropped dakotas? (around 5 inches)
