webber carburators

hey everyone i need some help i have a 93 toyota pu with dual side draft webers. i origanaly had 40 dcoe and went to a bigger 45 dcoe and ever since i put those on it ran really bad and now dosnt run at all my question is are 45 dcoe to big? any help would be great thanks.
