help me please!!!

my buddy ordered 2 link bars from suicidedoors, he ordered 2 because he had 2 others ones from another setup, prooblem is the new ones he ordered are a couple inches longer like 2". is it all right if the top bars are a couple inches shorter than the lowers?

ive got longer and shorter bars also, im using the shorter on the bottom and the longer ones on top
