its never too earlie for porn!
I had a run in with aim ind
i ordered drop upper and lower control arms..
the lowers didn't fit. 88 control arms they told me where the same as 88-94 1/2 ton accoring to them. (wrong!) so they wouldnt give me my money back, but then gave me house credit for my current hood and grill. the hood was acually decent, so i know they didn't make it. the grill on the other hard was a bitch, and took hours of head light bracket mods to get them to fit into the grill!

A guy on the SSM board posted something like:

"Does Holiday Inn sue Expedia.com if they get a bad review on Expedia's website?"

Here's my AIM story

In the mid 90's I bought a set of lower control arms from AIM, for my '86 C-10 (supplied with the ball joints already pressed in). Took a dog's age to get them, and after about three or four months one of those lower ball joints pulled out, dropping that corner on the pavement.

Good thing I was pulling into a gas station when it happened instead of out on the freeway.

Called AIM to see what they had to say, and all they would do was send me some new lower ball joints. This was in 1995, thirteen years ago, and it looks like I'm not ever gonna get those ball joints. If I had internet back in 1995 you can bet yer ass I woulda been on there wearing out AIM and Joe Morrow like it was my job.

While I may be new to duallyscene, I'm not new to getting dicked by Joe Morrow and his craptastic products. That's my story, and it's true. If any of the chicken chokers at AIM want to verify my story they can contact me via PM.

I wouldn't buy his junk if he was the only manufacturer left. For someone that has to keep changing his name of his business in the mags to cover up that it is still aim/chassis tech, you know he is selling junk.

The fact that every add i've ever read of his talks trash on other companies tells me that he is worthless. If your a good company i don't see the need to write a half page about how bad another company is in each of your ads.

makes me think , amerikans are going to court on the coffee being too hot and all that .
if i had an accident (like that balljoint pulling out of the arm ) thats traceable to inferiour material sold by that man or his company i would drag his ass intoo court for all its worth , then again that might allready be happening and hes trying to stop the different people from making one front against the company

The american's that are sueing for coffee being too hot and burning them self are just plain bastards trying to make a cheap buck. Mini truckers (and full size too) in general arn't like that in my opinion. Now if they knew it was bad, and kept making them, and one flew apart and totally wrecked your truck and a wheel flew through someones house window, then that would be different. However if someone went and sued him for everything, and the company went under and then they donated it to charity, or maybe found some way to give back to the people that where shafted by that company, i would give them props

Exactly. That's a huge turn off for me...for any company. Let your product/service do the talking and keep your mouth shut.

Wow. After reading that email, I've come to two conclusions: One, Joe Morrow is illiterate. Two, he's also a buffoon.

He's posturing. I've seen it before.

First off, I'd be shocked if he's even spoken to an attorney. If he has, he's certainly been told he has no grounds to sue a singular entity for defamation of character at the hands of others utilizing said entity as a platform. If he were really serious, Kris would be served with a subpoena for the names of the offending posters. That would be Morrow's only recourse, and that would be sketchy at best.

Secondly, Morrow's legal counsel would/should have advised him not to directly contact any of the parties involved in this particular lawsuit. Any correspondence would/should be handled through his attorneys.

He knows he doesn't have any legal recourse. That's why he's trying to use scary language to get what he wants. Anyone with a vague grasp of the American legal system will find this laughable.

What a douche.

I bought stuff from him for my burb, before I knew any better. It comes with no instructions and questionable quality at best. They messed up and sent me the wrong stuff, I think I'm one of the lucky ones cause they sent me a bigger compressor than I ordered, but they did charge me for it, I suppose the guy I ordered from had not met his quota for the day. I had to replace all the relays and pressure switch they sent me because it was absolute junk. And the compressor lasted about 6 months.
