Anyone else had a problem with ekstensive control arms?

yea i want some pics cuz theres no ways its 16 gauge thick if it was tha tthin it would crumble the second you tryed to air up

Did you ever send the original arm that failed back to them? 16G seems a little thin, can you post pics so others who have the arms can make sure to watch theirs. Good luck hope it all works out.

i know we use .25 wall DOM tubing when we build our control arms, i just assumed everyone else did also.

I've known Bill Carlton since 1995, and i have NEVER know him not to stand behind his products! I have used his parts time and time again with no trouble, but things happen from time to time. Call Bill as soon as you see this, he is expecting to hear from you so he can get you taken care of. I hope this helps.

Yeah EK done me good on my arms. They didn't come with sleeves and they overnighted them to me. They were here the next day.

It doesn't matter b/c Bill is going to take care of the problem without a doubt. Ekstensive is not just some shop that can close over night and no one ever hears from them again. I also doubt that the arms are as thin as you say b/c Bill wouldn't put out anything he thought was unsafe. Just give him a call.

dude bill builds some tuff stuff.my buddys nissan was rear ended by an 18 wheeler comming back from gator drag last year it only put a small crack in on of the welds on the fram and even bill stopped and helped us get back going just call him he will take care of it
