^^^^^ hell i wish i havnt been able to work on it much between work and the ole lady i have been to dam busy to work on it.
86dually the bed is scrap pretty rusty. the cab isnt bdropped it is stock floored and i think i have a guy that is buying the back wall and roof skin from me but if not its just going to the scrap pile.
as far as why the control arms are stretched is because the truck has one ton SINGLE wheel suspension on it so they are stretched just enough to allow it to be driven layed out.
damn nice can a truck with stock control arms b driven laid out when it has dually suspension in the front? or would it need to b modified as well.. i have to put my project off for a month or 2 which sucks buying a house.. lol dont want it to b apart and cant move it and i wanna b settled in b4 i start on it im gonna be learning as i go so i want to know as much as possible b4 i start.. lol
oh yea you can drive it... you just will have to raise it take at sharp turn.
coem on leave the rust panels on there thats just good ole northern rust via salt.... beauty marks
LilJ how close were your Lugs to your fenders when your truck showed up? was it all ready on Single Wheel hubs? I can fit my Lug Nut covers and lay my truck out... I think Im going to use BLFs arms one inch longer w/ Single Wheels hubs.
