idk but to me that looks like a serious weak point in the frame where the two angled cuts join
Are you talking about the angled pieces that join the bar that goes from one bag plate to the other. The setup is solid as hell but just wanna see what you mean

the butt welded piece with the open end is what he was referring to, and it also looks like the angle of your upper bars is off because they angle down too much compared to the angle of the lowers.

Ok thanks for ya'lls opinions. But I think I'm pretty satisfied with the Pipe that is butt welded with a 220 andn burt in pretty damn good. Rides great and is solid is hell.

he is referring to the frame, instead of miter cutting the 2 pieces and butt welding them together to make a closed joint, you welded them on top of each other....

this is not good work (is weak and pinion is going to be way off!) should test it before you get to far into it!

No problems when I have driven it around. Pinion angle is strait at ride height and barly changes much through out travel. I am happy with what we built its solid I have no problems and don't for see having any with how solid it is. If it breaks go ahead and laugh and say I told you so. To each their own.
