Ok I just purchased a 1992 Chevy Crew Cab Dually. It has what i was told to be a 4/6 or 4/8 drop... From what I can tell the rear axel has been flipped and it has spindles and coils in the front so what ever that equals out to as far as drop goes.
I have a set of 19.5's that I got super cheap with matching wheels for my trailer, I tow a 32' boat and 40' trailer, So the smallest tire i can find is a Lt225/70R19.5 which mesures 32" tall. Will this fit at the height my truck sits right now??? If not what mods will i need to do to get them to fit if possible???

i think your going to need to lift the truck up a couple inches all the way around....maaaaaybe bag it on stock spindles and tall rear mounts lol

Measure your current tires and see what the difference is. You only need 1/2 the difference in total height Problem is they might stick out to far out.

damn 32 inchaes tall.. i would have those wheels milled down to 19's and run a 50 series tire..

Yeah but you cant mill a steel inner and 19's don't have much for load carrying capacity, my boat with trailer runs about 11,000 lbs!

A 24 is 32.5" and a lot of guys are running those, so it should work for you.

Chase was running a 22 on a 3/5 drop I believe.. it would be cutting it close with the weight you're pulling on there with a 3/5...
