eric I can relate on the shop after 6yrs of having a place to keep every thing inside I made the call to give up that financial burden so I went from 5000sqft to a one and half car garage and it sucks BIG donky dick and my house looks like sanford and sons but by cutting that big expense im hoping to be buying a house with enough room to build a bigger shop and if the house'n market keeps going in the tolit I should beable to buy more house then I can aford like every one eles
