If it makes you feel any better, I shit canned my driver last week and still havent found a replacement for him...its next to impossible to find a driver that wants to be reliable (show up 5 days a week) , and actually hustle a little to make some money. 4 loads a day is all I ask ...............these assholes want to dick around drag there feet and do 3 one day, 2 the next and then maybe 3 or 4 if I am lucky the next. Most places around here pay drivers like 21 or 22% of what the truck makes per week. We offer to pay these asses 24, sometimes 25% if I can count on the guy to get 4 loads and not tear my fucking rig up.

What makes either one of you think I give half a monkey crap about your lives. This is about me darnit.
