rust scale

i have some scally ruston my rear frame and before i sandblast it and waste sand any ideas on how to remoce the scally crap wirebrush on a grinder, scraper etc thanks

you wan't to hit the frame on the scale with a hammer while you blast. Wear some eye protection it will fly off.
