big block shit box guys

do any of you run with out catalytic converters? i gutted mine out due to them being clogged.it ran, and sounded great for 2 days, and i got on it pretty good from a red light. took off great, and was haulin ass. whe i got to the next light, it killed. i restarted it, and when i took off, it had a bad miss. i just tuned this thing up in march, including new fuel pump and regulator, and 8 new injectors. i did the fuel filter and new plugs again today, and no change! any idea what may have happened? maybe no back pressure? thanks, brian

no damn check engine light. i am completly baffled over this! being that it is missing, it shold definatly throw a code right? what is limp mode, and how do i tell if that is the problem? thanks, brian

mass air flow sensor????

Sounds crazy but might be a bad ground on the block... That happened on a 93 i had with a 4.3 liter. It had a loose ground and the computer wasn't picking it up. Also you know anytime you change the exhaust you have to disconnect the battery for 20 minutes and reset the computer so that it can learn the changes...
