mazda cluster conversion

what (besides the instrument cluster), is invloved in swapping out a non tach cluster to a tach cluster? on a B2200?

all the stuff should be there inside the dash, theres just one more cable that has to be hooked up. I don't see why they would leave out one piece in a build from truck to truck.

make sure you pull the speedo cable back through the dash brace it runs through and put it off to the left, or you will break it the first time you drive.

you mean like set it to the side?

right. You will see when you take the old cluster out, the speedo cable runs right through the center of a dash brace. You have to pull it back out of that and move it to the left (facing it) Otherwise if you leave it running through the center you will put a big S bend in the cable and it will last like maybe 1/2 mile.

i took the tach cluster out of my standard cab and put it in my extra cab every thing works great but how do i get the clock to work?
