3.45 a gallon and rising

I drive my dually everyday, but i just buy the gas..bitchin aint gonna help the fact i still have to buy it...

it hit 3.49 a gallon here in panama city beach...

No it isn't but a little common sense and conservation would go a long way. If Americans didn't buy as much gas the demand would be down and such prices should also fall.

I've seen statistics stating how much gas would be saved if everyone drove the speed limit instead of 10 to 15 mph over. They say going from 70 to 65 would increase fuel mileage by a little more than 8%. I most people did that it would make a big difference. I don't remember how many barrels of oil a day they say but it was a lot.

There are dozens of ways to conserver gas but people are to proud to do them.

yeah they bitch but dont want to do anything about they just expect that they will just drop cause people are suffering. i for one have pretty myuch parked the dually unless we are going somewhere to crusie or something and we take dawns blazer instead cause 12 to a gallon opposed to 22-23 a gallon makes more sense when just running around town.. lol

But people are still to ignorant to carpool or walk or bike to work. Instead they get in their giant vehicles they use to compensate for their small peni and brains. I mean seeing you drive an escalade doesn't make me think "oh he's got money" instead I think "look at that one dumbass in that vehicle getting 12 mpg, what a sucker"



well husk you just made me feel stupid. i get into my big fuel drinkin trucks everyday and drive to work. never thought about carpoolin but shit my wife doesnt work with me. and i guess i could ride a bike but crap its a 40 min drive in a car wonder how long it would take my outta shape ass to pedal to work?

I look at enthusiants a little different. Our vehicles are personal expressions. I know this couple in their 50's and he drives a ford super crew 4x4 and she had to get a new tahoe when they came out. I never see more than one person in either vehicle 90% of the time and they don't ever tow anything. They both live within 2 miles to their work.


I do ride my bike to work when I can't ride with my wife. It takes about 25 min to drive and I can ride it in about 45. Not everyone can do that, but a lot of people can. And it don't take long to get in shape doing that.

That's what I'm fighting right now. It's only like 35 degrees in the morning and that is to cold for me.

i carpool cause shit isnt cheap in flordia and it taked both checks to make ends meet here.. lol
