The lowrider car called Mexicano Orgullo the November 2002 lowrider of the month had a hydraulic body lift. The thing has a ton of detail and suicide doors and full tilt front clip. Dont have time to find any pics though. Shouldn't be too hard to find any though.

Google found pics in .024 sec. lol

i think it is a good idea. something i would do? no. but just because i or any of you guys wouldn't do it doesn't mean its a bad idea. that is what mini trucking is all about, being creative we talk on here all the time about custom frames and suspensions and how many people build them. half those people spend so much money on the frames that they can't even put them back together. and then, the ones that do, cover them up with the body!! i think it will be cool, if he can make it functional and drive it. and as for somebody saying something about air bags on the cab of a big rig, that is for ride quality not adjustability. that is why we started to air bag our trucks in the first place, remember??

Nope why dont you fill me in....

yea i do.... but i doubt that you are going to make it work on a s10 front clip that tucks 24s... since i was talkin about the steering shaft itself binding or having to extend for the lift, which has nothin to do with the steering rack or turning capablity, which does apply to hydraulic steering. you dont switch your steering column and shaft (which i was talking about in the first place) for hydraulic steering. But hey have fun doing hydraulic steering to make your steering shaft extend id just use a hydro pump and ram. lol later

Oyea and i love this guys project dont get me wrong.
