jmn444......It was the upper control arms...where they were slotted, and they were moving back and forth....so i got the popping figured out and fixed....However, my lug nuts are still not staying tight (at least 3 or them arent)....i cant figure it out...

i checked that....and they all seem to be good....the only thing i could really think of is where the rotor goes on...theres a big ass nut that holds it on....when i put it on the first time, it got really tight, and the rotor wouldnt spin...so i loosened it a little so it would spin.....but other than that, i couldnt think of anything
That "big ass nut" also adjusts the wheel bearings, it is probably what is loose. Do a little research and find out the proper way to tighten it. Most of the time you are supposed to tighten it to a specific ftlb and back it off a bit. I would bet that is your prob. Good luck man
lol i have the spec memorized. all you have to do is tighten it hand tight then turn it tight 90 degrees then loosen it 90 degrees. Lol, you know you work on S10's to much when you have the spindle nut tighting spec memorized.

well first off i messed up, sorry i thought you where working on a S10
second off it might be the lug nuts not the studs.
