in the rear don't worry about holding weight you have 4 of them back there, Tongue weight on a 12,000 lb trailer is 1200 max, highest bumper hitch they make, that I know of. goose neck is higher but not much, even with a fully loaded trailer your front end should weigh more and only on 2 tires.

Even on my 07 Duramax 4x4 gooseneck gvw is only like 15000 so yours is lower than that.

btw, I have a 31' travel trailer, 10,000 + lbs that I tow with my 600 lb quad in the back fully loaded and no problems on my 19's, so far.
