I've never hurt any animals either, but I have done some really stupid, regrettable things due to outside influences.

Plus, it's a real long shot, but the video could also end up to be a fake.

Update from an ASPCA Investigator...They have video specialists looking at the video and they think that they switched the real puppy for a fake one when the guy reaches his arm back to throw the poor thing. Let ya know more as I get the updates.
