for the mazda pro guys ?

a buddy of mine just got a 89 2200 x-cab. and we are ripping into it. can we just have the hubs redrilled for a 5 on 4.5 bolt patten? second who makes a header so that we can get rid of the egr crap? and will the can do arms and 18" wheels do you still need drop spindles on either mazda-mazda or mazda-toyota?

You can have the hubs redrilled. If you are going to roll Cand do arms then I would just use Yota spindles and hubs. You dont need drop spindles for 18"s.

Pacesetter makes a header but unless you got a weber carb it won't run right with out the egr bullshit.
