I don't think anyone has found a cheaper way to do it. Even if you get a hookup on new rims the shipping to Trevor(or anyone that will do it)eats up that. And I don't think I would trust just anyone to do it. But it seems a lot of people are willing to sacrifice safety to save a buck.

said nothing about milling them...just waited to know what size/part # the wheels where...lol

best bet would be to just get them from trevor cause after you pay shipping your not going to save any money and i am sure when you buy from him in bulk he giovesa you a opretty good deal..

just for example do the numbers if you get the wheels from a buddy for about 150.00 a piece for 4 wheels
600= wheels
160 for shipping
now factor in the cost to have trevor mill them down for you and then ship them back
average price to mill it down that i called about 450 a wheel
so now your at
1800 to have them milled out
160 to ship them back to you
now you have to get adpaters and lug nuts and center caps
adapters 850.00
caps and lugs roughly 150.00 for a copmplete set
so your looking at give or take 3700 bucks
when you can just call him and save a few dimes to have them bought and milled from him cause i am sure that if you got 4 classic big hole semi wheels and the adapters and caps and lugs you would spend way less than that.. just get him to quote you out a price.. i had the same idea at one time but decided against it when i did the numbers...

Milling 22s is only $125 per wheel. Just a correction to Ec's statement but other than that he is dead on with his pricing. Plus if you buy some wheels for 150 each they are more than likely going to be takeoffs and have some road wear on them. Might want to add around $75 or so per wheel to include some sanding and polishing.

lol.. i used that number cause i talked to a guy in mississippi last septemr and he said he was charging around 400-450 a wheels so i just thought that would be a nice round about way of saying hey just talk to you .. lmao .. but yeah your right about the wheels being worn and needing to be rounded and turned true..
