Why do some Chevy's/GMC's look like the front wheels in too far back after they are bagged? And I am talking most all years.

the only ones that i really notice that do that are the ones that guys do front end swaps on and dont think it through when they do it.

most chevy suspensions move the wheel back as they travel up.

that's why when I build a-arms I always move them up at least an 1/2 inch

Progressive caster. If you notice your upper arms are not parallel with the centerline of the vehicle and as the suspension compresses (lays out) the arms swing back. Not exactly sure why the factory does this but this is why i set my yota up with parallel arms.

It reduces strain when hitting a bump. It's less of a shock for it to move up and back then just up.

it decreases the caster amount when it goes up to keep the toe in correct. later, brian

which also leads to having to tub the firewall when running the big wheels and bodydropped
