I used 4x4x1/4 but to use the wider tubing you have to cut some of the floor crossmembers out for clearance.

I'm in process of stockflooring mine, running 2x4x1/4 laying inside the factory rails... Uoo wait? did I say that out loud?

I rode in a 6" convential body dropped dually and I had to lay across the damm seat and his seats were bolted to the floor and had the springs cut out and foamed..that ride sucked.
