Check out Fastenal. They carry products that are made by the company that makes Craftsman tools. They carry them under their own name, and sell them for a lot less than Crafstman. They also make a lot of their own tools. Sawzall blades, taps, and dies, nice stuff.

BIG difference between snap on and craftsman. Snap on fits craftsman slips. I have a 20 year old snap on box that was hit by a mac truck. Still works great. But unless your using your tools to make a living you can probably get away with allot cheaper tools. I like the craftsman professional stuff allot pretty good tools, not as expensive as snapon but still get the lifetime warranty.

oh, in case you're wondering, my toolbox is the $85 special from wal mart. Sam's club is a bulk buy wholesale place (like costco) that is affiliated with wal mart. Like $40/year for a membership, but you can get 24 pack candy bars (watchamacallit, snickers, snickers w/almonds, or assorted candies) for $12. You know that's what i go for. And they had a roush racing lightweight jack for $85, but i used it 6 times and the u joint broke.

Dude, you can't go wrong with tools that have a lifetime warranty, hence CRAFTSMAN, I have a 250+ piece set that I picked up at Sears, I think, if my memory serves me right, I paid about $200 bucks on sale and I've used just about every one of those pieces, and JUMBO up there is right, if you can afford the other tools, you'll have every tool for just about any job... and my as well..L8TR
